Sachin, I meet most of my clients in two ways - either they hear about me from existing clients, or their company has a list of trusted executive coaches, and I'm on it.
No matter how we meet, a lot of my clients have the same story before we start working together.
They've been thinking about working with a coach for a while yet didn't know where to start, how to find one that would be a great fit for them and could trust, felt unsure about asking for support, or weren't sure what executive coaching was all about.
This left them not moving forward for a while, or feeling stuck, leading to their results and relationships being affected.
A big area I work with my clients on is unpacking their beliefs and behavior that hold them back, such as what has them be indecisive, not trust themselves, or ignore what’s in their gap or their blindspots hoping they will resolve themselves.
I mention this because it's often what stops people from working with an executive coach or seeking support of any kind.
If you have any questions about coaching or want to know more about what an executive coaching engagement looks like, let's have a conversation. You can book a time here.
